Honestly the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. They refuse to pay the full amount of any claim because they insist that another insurance should cover it - an insurance that was no longer available for over a year. Had them make this excuse twice, and it significantly delayed and added costs to dental work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF THERE IS EVER AN OPTION!
Refused to pay out. Several back and forth to get them to pay what they owe and they just stopped responding.
This insurance company has completely screwed over my recently disabled dad and has been extremely disrespectful to him during this process, causing him extreme emotional distress. Claims representative, Laura Knickerson, has been rude, and extremely unhelpful during this whole process while my dad is already struggling with his life having turned upside down due to a recent brain injury.
