Their customer service agent was polite and helpful. Not what I've come to expect in these dark days of sub par customer service. Definitely not the norm. Much better than that. To connect with a customer service agent so polished, calm, knowledgeable, authoritative, I think speaks volumes to the quality of the company as a whole. Impressive.
