I have no problems with the employees who answer calls at all. Always kind and helpful. However the problem I have is communication with NP Bing Xi's office. Everything I leave a message or try to message them through the portal I do not recieve any type of communication back. It is very frustrating to say the least. I hope this issue gets addressed so other patients don't get this type of run around.

My family and I have been going to this facility for five years and the same rude receptionist with a bad attitude is still working there. We had a doctor visit scheduled today and she still has the same bad attitude and unprofessional comments. I couldn’t read her name tag because it was flipped sideways, but she now has green hair and a nose ring.

I have been going there for nearly 20 years. The lack of care or even caring is so sad to experience and see, it wasn't always like this there. They can't keep staff, most importantly, doctors and PA's. Every time one leaves the patient is left to figure it out on their own. They used to know that their patients were their paycheck. Now, they depend on people not caring and continue to neglect the patient without the reality of knowing that they too can and will be fired. Called today for a visit and got it for the next hour. I felt listen to and the Dr Sahra Husher took her time to listen and talked about different solutions with me. Definitely staying with her. You can tell when a doctor actually cares or they don't.
