I cannot recommend this property management company. I rented a house through them. I had difficulties to get repairs done. At move out, they charged me for ridiculous things repair costs, in excessive amounts, without providing any receipts. Definitely avoid doing any business with this company.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGERS IN AZ!! LOOK OUT FRIENDS! GUARANTEE no on is "referring" them! This company is a SCAM! They don't show up for repairs, terrible communication, or lack thereof and when you move out they will charge you double, (AT LEAST) what the actual cost is and won't provide receipts. I'm sure they've been taking advantage of tenants and home owners for YEARS and it's shameful. (In AZ tenants basically have no rights so there isn't much you can do).
