I am very disappointed. I’ve been a patient for almost 3 years. When I was scheduling my appt to get a referral for a specialist, I was asked if there was any changes to ins. I said no. I get to my appt, check in, they told me my copay, I paid. Did the appt.. I was checked out and scheduled for a follow up. Came home and received a phone call stating I didn’t check out and that I am self pay. I informed the lady I did check out and is she sure she had the correct patient. She stated they haven’t taken my insurance in awhile.... read more
Wow. This place has gone to crap since it was bought out by IntraCare. Per usual - big company buys private office and ruins it. Such a shame. Their excellent NPs quit. The front office staff is awful. Such a shame. 3 years prior : Saw Dr. Paige for the first time with my husband today and we are so happy that we found him. He’s super cool and laid back AND he isn’t an idiot. I’m a nurse practitioner and I need to know that my husband’s PCP will pick up on things and make equal or better judgements than I would. Venecia Rayhons is the best PA that I have ever seen. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable of my medical history. Explains everything and makes sure I understand what she says. No rushing. She takes time and listens.
