I moved into these apartments in March 2022 from out of state. I applied online and was willing to fly out here to see the unit prior to moving in. I was told over and over that someone was living in the unit, and I could not see the unit. When I arrived in Florida, they were still working on the unit, and I had to wait until after 4 pm to move in. This apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. This place was decent when I first moved in. But things have gone downhill in the last year. Many small things are broken. The management has been replaced by a bunch of very young very rude girls. The repairman crew has been cut down in half and the wait time for a simple repair is now a month! Even an emergency issue that used to get immediate response now takes 8-72 hrs.
