Our family have been coming to this place for blood work for many years. The previous experience was okay but lately we had very horrible experience with the front desk lady. She probably really hated this job because she was so rude so impolite and when she talks to you she sounded like you are stupid or low life. This is very unpleasant. Absolute horrible place so tiny and jammed packed with 1 million people all at once and it’s always freezing and they don’t even know English
