I lived at these apartments for a year with no issues. Rent was reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet. I liked that we had our own yard and laundry hookups with outside storage was a plus. The unit also has AC which is so refreshing during the monsoon season. I no longer live there (just needed a bigger place) and now manage these apartments. Apartments are well constructed older units. All vacant apartments will be freshly painted and thotoughly cleaned for new tenants.

I have worked for the owners of this apartment complex for 12 years in the past, I'm now retired, the original owner has left the apartments to family on her passing. I have known these folks for over 30 years and they have been the kindest most endearing people you could meet. I'm writing this because I know the situation taking place with Christians upsetting review. Complex is small in size however the actual size of both the 1 and 2 bedrooms are very spacious and reasonably priced for what is included. Fenced in backyard for each unit, covered carport for 2 bedrooms and all have their own laundry hook-ups. Recent changes and improvements to the property have not gone unnoticed and are appreciated by many.

Do NOT EVER consider moving here. Absolutely the most run down, disgusting, ill-managed apartments in town. The owner is unstable and is only concerned with her dollar amount. She refuses to remove mold, repair fixtures, or even spray the weeds because it might "hurt the birds." You're much better off in Fry Town!
