The below billing problem was fixed, customer service is poor, will not return. The timeliness was the only good thing about this service and that they did complete the job. Though they did not tighten the pump pipes so when I filled it water went everywhere and I had a mess and to fix it on my own. When I made the appointment I was told of the fee it would be for them to come out and what they charge an hour and was okay with that. Got our hot tub from here. Staff was awesome and we are pleased with our new hot tub.
Very, very poor customer service, and absolutely terrible ownership! As you can see from other reviews, they are not an honest company. Complete liars. Be very, very cautious and I highly recommend using a different company in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. I have dealt with many companies and services, and this is by far the worst treatment I have ever had.
WARNING!!!!! Do not use this company for any sort of service! Their pricing and quotes are completely inaccurate and will change your invoice after service is completed. Manager/owner is very unprofessional and they do not keep their word. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend going to the Pool People or place way spas in Wausau area. Owner hung up on phone and was extremely rude.
I had a leak on one of the valves near the pump, I couldn't get anyone from the pool place I had been using for the past two years to come out and fix it. I called Sun Harvester and they sent Brian out to diagnose the issue. Long story short, a week or two later, Brian replaced the broken valve and part of my liner that had fallen, was fixed.
