The below billing problem was fixed, customer service is poor, will not return. The timeliness was the only good thing about this service and that they did complete the job. Though they did not tighten the pump pipes so when I filled it water went everywhere and I had a mess and to fix it on my own. When I made the appointment I was told of the fee it would be for them to come out and what they charge an hour and was okay with that. Very, very poor customer service, and absolutely terrible ownership! As you can see from other reviews, they are not an honest company. Complete liars. Be very, very cautious and I highly recommend using a different company in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. I have dealt with many companies and services, and this is by far the worst treatment I have ever had.
I had a leak on one of the valves near the pump, I couldn't get anyone from the pool place I had been using for the past two years to come out and fix it. I called Sun Harvester and they sent Brian out to diagnose the issue. Long story short, a week or two later, Brian replaced the broken valve and part of my liner that had fallen, was fixed. We purchased our in ground pool from Brian and Kathy this spring and have gone through the process of having it installed this summer. I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable and easy to work with they were. Our install got delayed a little so that they could take care of opening the pools for their existing customers first, which should tell you how good they are to work with.
