horrible place to get a load out of. My appointment time was noon, still not loaded 6 hrs later!

They get 2 stars because anyone I have ever talked to or dealt with has been very nice. As for getting loaded, negative stars if I could. I've loaded at this facility 3 times, 24 and a half hours total in only 3 times loading here. That's over one full day of my life I will never get back. Setting in a dusty lot waiting to get loaded.
They was very good and they was prompt got in and loaded and out of there fast .
Fcfs??? I was here over 20 hrs ...almost the last to be loaded for the day....
