Very poorly run company. Very expensive and not very knowledgeable. Save your money and your time and use someone else!!
I really don’t know if I could say worse stuff about this company. They charged me 263 for a cooling diagnostic (a much higher price than they made it sound like on the phone). After arriving well past the window they had promised, they diagnosed it as a defective thermostat. I asked specifically if it was the wiring or the thermostat itself and Tyler told me it was 100% a bad thermostat not the wiring. Our AC went up unexpectedly (as it always does) in the middle of the summer … someone in our neighborhood referred them to us. We are SO thankful they did - SunGlo is hands down the best service we’ve had in a long time. They’re personable, knowledgeable and genuinely want to help their customers. Grateful is an understatement.
