Dogs are sweet and fun, but when you let them run loose, jump up on cars, leave scratches(scratched the paint off), usher the dog away WITHOUT an apology, makes for bad business! I had to say "what, no apology" before I got a half hearted one. Makes one not want to attempt to do business. No worries, we will pay to fix it ourselves. :(
We had a "wiring fault in brake system" pop up on our dashboard as we traveled from South Dakota to Iowa City to visit family. We called Chad at Sun & Fun, Inc. He put us in touch with his service manager, Len, and he promptly booked us an appointment the next morning. The service staff were extremely thorough in their inspection and we were always kept apprised of their progress. We took our older pop up camper to Sun & Fun in Iowa City for repairs. We left our camper there for over a week and never heard back from them. So we contacted the Service Department thru email and they claim they looked at our camper and said it was the main cable that would need to be replaced which would cost $800 -$1400 to fix. We watch some YouTube videos and decided to fix it ourself. We bought a cable and some hardware which cost us less than $10 and it took less than an hour for my husband to fix.
