I had contacted Tom to come and check out my roof after he had foamed it to keep up with the warranty he had given me. Tom asked me if I had any leaks and I said none that I had noticed. He said that he had a job near me in a couple weeks and he said that he would stop by then. Never showed up. Noticed on his Facebook page that he was in Minnesota doing Foam Roofs. Very professional, the job was a simple installation of new underlayment. I had good communication and feedback throughout the project. prior to starting the project, I was given a start date and a total time to complete. Both promises were kept. I had one call back issue that was resolved the very next day.
