While searching for a suitable gym, I participated in a trial class at Sun Fitness & therapy. I was impressed by the instructors' friendliness and patient guidance. I eventually signed up for their 6 week program. I challenge myself who is always lack of exercise. It will be the 6th week next week. Many thanks to the instructors, Felix, Nick, Suki and Isabella for their patient guidance, attentive attention to adjust the movement and posture.
