I RECENTLY BECAME A MEMBER! I HAD MY GRANDSON DO RESEARCH ON 3 DIFFERENT CREDIT UNIONS! HE SELECTED SUN FEDERAL CREDIT UNION HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO DRAW CAPITAL 4 MY YOUNGEST SON TO START A BUSINESS I WAS INFORMED THAT IF I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT SUN WOULD WITHHOLD A SUM OF 600.00 BECAUSE OF MY WITHDRAWAL! I CONTACTED AN SUN LOCATED IN A DIFFERENT SECTION AND WAS TOLD THAT WASN'T THE POLICY!! I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME.. GUESS WHAT NO 1 EVER DID! IMAGINE THAT.. SO NOW I HAVE A MAJOR DECISION TO MAKE!!!!!
My experience so far has been disappointing and embarrassing. I always had High regard for this Credit Union. I've been a member 20 yrs or longer. Theyve had my mortgage at least 10 yrs. I apply for an Equity loan and was denied without an email, letter or phone call. I found out by applying for a loan 2 wks later. Then I was passed on to another Rude loan officer, that called my house asking for Someone else. And Laughed when she realized it.. Not Funny..
