Staff are very nice, however I waited over 2 hours in the office. If you have a busy schedule, pick a smaller office to visit.
The care provided by all staff is outstanding, the waiting time is the problem. Staff will tell you that some patients require additional time. You be the judge.
Dr. Foote did an amazing job on my PRK surgery. He definitely has that gentle touch. I didn't have any pain that others had warned me about in having PRK. The healing process has gone better than I expected. Mary-Jenn did an awesome job getting me ready for my surgery. I am truly happy that I went from a -6.75 in contacts to 20/20. The gal that schedules follow up appointments has always been very helpful with a beautiful smile on her face.
