The manager and staff here care about the members and it shows. When I opened my account here, the manager Joesph was sure to introduce himself and answered all my questions!
I worked with Ms. Cordero to open an account. She was professional, knowledgeable and was able to make great suggestions for products and services based off my needs. 10/10 would open an account here and work with her again.
If you are LEASING a vehicle through Sun East, please read! There are two payoff options, one if you purchase the vehicle from Sun East, or a different one if you are selling your lease car to a dealership. Upon asking for the payoff amount for the latter, you are told that there is a 1-2 day waiting period to receive this amount via email. I had a great experience at Sun East Bank, thanks to the exceptional service from Branch Manager Joe Miller. Even though I came in right before closing, Joe was incredibly patient and welcoming. He took the time to help me set up a Minor account and made the entire process smooth and easy, all while carrying on a friendly and informative conversation.
