I had a great experience at Sun East Bank, thanks to the exceptional service from Branch Manager Joe Miller. Even though I came in right before closing, Joe was incredibly patient and welcoming. He took the time to help me set up a Minor account and made the entire process smooth and easy, all while carrying on a friendly and informative conversation. I've been to this location multiple times. The service is always fast and easy. I cannot recommend Sun East enough!
We had a very easy experience, Joe helped us finalize our car loan in a very timely manner!
I had been having problems with lost statements. Joe Miller the branch manager helped me solve my problem in 5 minutes. This was at 11:45 on Saturday morning. He is what all customer service employees should strive to be. All the employees at this branch deserve kudos. Never had a bad experience.
