Twice I left phone messages for them, weeks apart, never got a reply. Sent an email, got a quick reply telling me to sent them a text, which I did immediately. It's been 5+ weeks and still no response. This is no way to run a business.
Autumn came out to give us a quote on a complete basement remodel and was a super nice guy! Plus I liked what I read about Sundog online. Out of the five or so contractors we had come out to give us bids on our basement, I really wanted to use Autumn and Sundog the most! However... Sun Dog has performed two major jobs on our 1925 Portland home. First, they redesigned and rebuilt our front porch. The second project included removal of asbestos tiles and installing Hardy Plank siding and trim, insulation, window replacement and concrete upgrade and repair. In both cases they did an outstanding job which increased the aesthetic appeal and quality of our home. The Sun Dog Team stopped by in the middle of snowpocalypse 2021 to provide an estimate for tree branch removal. It was so cool they made time to help with this in the middle of a storm where many people simply couldn’t leave their homes. They are friendly and professional. I recommend their contracting and pruning services.
From project estimating to completion, my experience with Sun Dog was top drawer. Robert was kind, thoughtful, professional and a great communicator throughout the duration of the project. We could not be more pleased with the results and wish that we had another project for his team to start on immediately! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sun Dog for projects large and small.
