The front desk staff were very polite and patient. They took the time to listen to my concerns and handled the issue carefully and professionally. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to help, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended.
Dr. Sun was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly. Also, I really appreciate the reception staff for being so welcoming and helpful. Hygienist Joyce did an excellent job and made the cleaning very comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this dental clinic.
Dr. Sun is simply the best dentist I’ve ever had. From Filling to braces to now dental implants,and I couldn’t be more grateful！！ Can you image what started as a real fear of dental visits (since high school, I really don’t want to go any!!) turned into complete trust. She is not only highly skilled and professional, but also genuinely kind and attentive.
Just had my implant surgery with Doctor Sun, and it was a great experience. She is so gentle, kept reassuring me all the time, comfort me try to relax and telling that I was doing great. Her calming manner and the way she talked really helped me feel at ease. She also explained the next steps and my follow-up appointment very clearly.
