Very disappointed, I had my first appointment scheduled for today and woke up with a sore throat and headache. I called before the office opened and left a message. I called again around 15 minutes later and was told that if I didn't keep the appointment, I would need to find another provider. I asked the receptionist if they would rather someone come in sick, and she replied yes. I was originally going to try and go in anyway and then decided that isn't the type of dental office I wanted to go to.
