They are a prime example of why I hire local family owned businesses. They weren’t scheduled to come till another day for an inspection of my furnace since I was signing up for the annual plan but my furnace wouldn’t come on upon turning the gas on since I just moved in. I've used Sun County twice now for two unrelated AC failures. Both experiences were wonderful with good communication. I left a message Sunday, with no expectation of anyone calling back until Monday, and they called me back on Sunday to schedule an appointment Monday.
