If you like loans to take over 6 months and when you finally get the loan, make all the payments on time, to then have a glitch in their system that says you’re delinquent so your credit score drops 40+ points, then Sun Community is the Credit Union for you. (Bonus points to them for not even apologizing)

I’ve had a good experience with Sun Community Credit Union. The staff has been helpful, and my banking experience has been smooth so far. There are a couple of things I wish were improved. First, I’m still not sure how to use Zelle with my Sun Community account since I already have Zelle connected to another bank. Clearer instructions or easier setup would be appreciated. Second, I’ve noticed that the ATMs I’ve used only dispense $50 and $10 bills. It would be nice if they also offered $100 bills as a withdrawal option, espe... read more

The Management and Employees gave me the run around for 3 hours. I had to do their job for them by doing the research and the manager acted like she did the research and work. These people are horrible at doing their job. 3 hours just for me to do their job and they take the credit, what horrible people.
