nice family park to raise my kids and do activities with both young and old residents

This is a very clean an quiet well kept community. To see homes for sale you must do a drive thru. The park is located in Pinecraft, two blocks from Yoder's famous restaurant. This is the first park I visited, in 45 minutes I found the home I wanted. After visiting 5 other parks I knew my first choice was the best, made a phone call and bought a home completely furnished for less money then a used car. I am very happy with this park, the management. and the residents.
Not very friendly in the office. Rent increases each year like clockwork. While it's small increments, it's still upsetting when most people that live here are either saving money for a home, or elderly. I find most of these parks tend to take advantage of lower income individuals which is sad. At least they could be friendly with you and less like tyrants.
They tell you you are approved, before you really are. Then you find out when you go to sign the lease, that they arent ready yet and need info from current landlord...which is fine, but they shouldnt say you are approved until you REALLY are. Plus, I sent info via fax and they knew I was sending it....and that I was waiting to hear...yet it took 3-4 more days till you hear that they didnt get it, when they could have called that day and said that. Seems unorganized perhaps.
