i.e., A local favorite, This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, you can never get a hold of anyone from the cooperate office, and there is no one at the onsite office who knows who you speak to. Just a shout out to Egelcraft management, My family and i lived here for over 20 yrs and the new owners are sure upgrading a lot around here,i posted 2 pics of new playground today 09-26-2015 and i can say WOW, today i seen the most parents and kids at the playground in the 20+ yrs i lived here,my grandaughter sure loves it, so thanks to egelcraft mobile home park for the upgrade for the kids.... Management is very unfriendly.The ponds are nothing but pond scum .They are ponds and not lakes and not worth the extra rent fee.The people who live in the park are very nice.The HOA is very good and trys to get things done .But Holly doesn`t want to hear it and is very rude.
Ridiculous lot rent of $505 in 2015, plus $10 per month per pet (limit 2), and charges for water, sewer, and even electric. Why does our electric bill have to come from the park? Never had that happen before. At least if it was under my name I could get a senior discount, that they won't give you. If you're a day late they charge you $50 and if you're not paid in full within a couple weeks, they charge you an additional $25. The worse management company I've ever had to deal with. Unprofessional and no one ever responds to any issues regarding maintenance mold issues or move-in and move- out issues.
Recently a friend of mine moved into Highland Greens Estates. I went with her to look at a few places but we both loved it there. The staff was so nice and Jessica went out of her way to show several homes. The grounds were nice and clean and you could see everyone there took care of their houses. Since she has moved in we have been over several times and every time she keeps trying to get us to move there....Can't wait until Summer so we can all enjoy the pool!

This place sucks! I live here, the management and owners could care less about you. It is a three ring circus, nothing gets done, they don't respond to any requests and they don't care what their sites look like. IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR TRY TO LIVE HERE.
Awesome place to live so clean and friendly feeling. They keep the road plowed nicely in the winter. And the ladies in the office are so friendly.
