I am very happy with the roof installed by Sun Coast Roofing. The work was done quickly and professionally. We had a storm yesterday and the roof held up very well. I especially want to mention Jarvis Holder, the project manager, who was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He was amazing and I wish every company we have to deal with had someone like him.
I would not ever hire this company to put a dog box roof on. The waste and sledge hammer was used on our roof. They wanted to piece our roof. They done a very sloppy job. We paid 18,000.00 to get ours put on. The workers complained the whole time doing ours. Never done clean up each day except one day. You would not believe what you pay for that went in the dumpster. This company is terrible. They replaced our roof, and when a leak became apparent a few weeks later they blamed it on everything but their work—even though it never leaked before; it was replaced because of damaged tiles from Irma. When contacted about the leak, they blamed it on a window leaking, then on defective stucco installation (our house was built in 2006).
