Very dishonest company and fill of lies. BE AWARE!
This company is dishonest, cuts corners, and avoids accountability. Do not hire them. I had a contract with this company to replace my roof after Hurricane Milton. According to the agreement, they were supposed to install a ridge vent—never installed. They were also supposed to install a solar-powered attic fan—never installed. They bent all the fascia at the front of my house and over-bent the aluminum fascia more than 180° at every corner. They were supposed to install new lead pipe caps—they reused the old ones. I am very happy with the roof installed by Sun Coast Roofing. The work was done quickly and professionally. We had a storm yesterday and the roof held up very well. I especially want to mention Jarvis Holder, the project manager, who was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He was amazing and I wish every company we have to deal with had someone like him.
I would not ever hire this company to put a dog box roof on. The waste and sledge hammer was used on our roof. They wanted to piece our roof. They done a very sloppy job. We paid 18,000.00 to get ours put on. The workers complained the whole time doing ours. Never done clean up each day except one day. You would not believe what you pay for that went in the dumpster. This company is terrible. They replaced our roof, and when a leak became apparent a few weeks later they blamed it on everything but their work—even though it never leaked before; it was replaced because of damaged tiles from Irma. When contacted about the leak, they blamed it on a window leaking, then on defective stucco installation (our house was built in 2006).
