Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. I was told they “need a 15-minute break” and was simply left waiting with no clear start time, no end time, and no explanation of how that “15 minutes” was being counted. It felt completely arbitrary. If you need a break, fine. but a professional lab should communicate clearly, post the break time, and manage the line properly. Today I went to this clinic to check up, the receptionist asked for $20 copay. I paid them, they gave me a receipt with no data & wrong address. I don't have to pay for this service. I called my insurance & the insurance officer talk to receptionist,and they give me money back. They are cheating, I will never come back this Sun clinic office. So bad & waste my time.
