This place is the TEMU version of Quest Diagnostics. The whole system is disorganized and stressful from the moment you walk in. People are constantly trying to cut in line because there’s no clear check-in process, and the staff does nothing to manage it. There’s only ONE restroom for all the patients, and everyone is walking around holding bags with their urine samples. It felt chaotic and unsanitary. Extremely disappointed. The nurse poked my baby twice and kept digging around in the vein, only to tell me the sample might not even work. To make it worse, she kept making excuses, blaming my baby for 'moving' when my baby was actually being very brave and staying still, especially with a second nurse assisting. She even tried to blame it on 'dehydration,' which is ridiculous for a baby under one who primarily drinks formula.
