One of the Hispanic lady in front is so rude to patients, even we speak English and her attitude makes us sick. We are here for lab work and why expected us to know what to do and so impatient?Not recommended for non English speaking elders to come here.

Front desk hispanic staff ELDA slept 😴, talking, ignored patientS. Using company phone to talk personal business. That's why patientS can not call in. Discriminated and ruded patientS. ELDA Preferred has other staffs to help solve issues, but no thank you at all. Supervisor KATHY spent more times talked with her friends. No Supervisor at all. I also went to the Wheeler location in Arcadia CA. This is a smaller place and is also fast. I've always had a great experience here too.
