I’ve been doing the unlimited membership this last month and using the sauna pods with the red light therapy has helped me so much with my insomnia. I just sleep so much better and that helps me with getting through my day and having better focus and energy. The tanning is really nice benefit too! If you haven’t tried it, call and schedule one!
