Called to cancel, was told all weekend that I had to talk to a manager. Finally spoke to someone today, who was also not a manager, was told that I had to give 30 days notice to cancel. I had a 6 months membership. I have now paid for months 7, 8 and now month 9 because I did not give them a 30 day notice. I couldn't...nobody there was a manager and the non managers would not cancel my membership until today when I'm out of the 30 day window. I signed up for a 6 month membership. It should have ended at the end of September. After looking at my bank account. I have been charged for October and November. I have tried to call and figure out why this is happening but I just get told that only the manager can help me. I have no used my account since August.
