I want to say how amazing these guys were when I had a complaint and handled it. So well and the complaint had nothing to do with them. But she sat and listened to my whole sob story about my bad experience at the other tanning place. And it was very kind and welcoming. I look forward to doing some tanning with this location!

Overall, terrible experience. They said they couldn't honor a $40 gift certificate from this year unless I payed an additional $16, so I did. After 30 days (going more times than recommended on the chart on the basic bed) I hardly gained color even with a couple of their (overpriced) samples. I can spend $17 at Malibu for one week and see real results. I was cycled through 3 beds and the rugs in front of them are so dirty I didn't want to step on them. I have bursitis in both hips. I started doing the red light therapy for that and it has done wonders for me! I feel so much better and I able to do alot more because of this!! They staff there are amazing and they are very attentive and very friendly! I will definitely keep going back!
