I'm a 1st time home buyer and the experience was great from my broker to the staff of pulte management, I will definitely recommend anyone 55 and over to give pulte management a call and I'm sure you will end up buying a home in the community of Sun City Peachtree Griffin GA, everyone in the community is so friendly and respectful and it's quiet all the time.
Love the community and all that is offered at the Amenities Center!! A great place to live!!

Too many "local guides" who do not live in the community giving their impressions. Give me a break you guys, get a real life, or better yet move here and then have a INFORMED opinion. Sorry to tell prospective homeowners of the many problems people are having with the homes that they have had built.
