This place is terrible. The CC & R's are ridiculous and really don't protect the homeowner or the residents. The association always has the same B.S. answer to everything. Hard to explain in a review. Very clicky in Del Webb. We have lived here over 2 years and every single time I try to take an art class or get involved there is always some excuse.
