I've had a contract with Sun City Mechanical for years and couldn't have had better service. This year they turned the plumbing part to TJ Plumbing. I did have a quick response as for as the service of needing a new water heater from TJ Plumbing. But they're not honoring the 10% of saving with the contract. I've contacted them several times with no response.

My AC went out last Tuesday, I called Sun City Mechanical, they were very busy, so they came today, Thursday 7/6/23, they were very professionals, and they did a fine job fixing my AC, and it did not took them long to figure out what the problem was, I'm happy with their work and if I have future AC problems in the future, I will sure call on them.

I have mixed feelings about Sun City Mechanical and this was my experience. My heat went out on December 23, 2022. Marcos from Sun City Mechanical arrived on the 30th and discovered it was the rollout switch. The part was ordered and installed on January 9, 2023 by a technician who goes by the name GAllen3#Clifford. That is the name that was used on the text for scheduling along with his photo and the name used on the text I received to rate my experience.
