Very nice and professional office. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Wait time wasn't to bad. The orthopedic Dr was amazing and took time to address our concerns about my son. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend to anyone.
Horrible clinic!!!! staff is very rude. The authorizations to go see a specialist takes forever I had to wait over 3 months I kept calling them and they would just take a message , but I would never get a call back . I just gave up till this day no word from them . I went to go see another PCP and they are great got my authorization in 2 days lol smh pathetic clinic

I went here about 2 months ago with a respiratory infection and got denied treatment while I was turning red and a light shade of blue because I don't have insurance and I couldn't pay 500 dollars down just to get a breathing treatment done and that payment was not for the treatment soi had to drive from the east side all they way to the westside where a hospital I know could not turn away a person with respiratory issues. I am very familiar with all staff memembers and each one of them are very friendly and courteous and make me feel at home. I recommend you come and check this clinic out for yourself.
I have worked for Sun city for over 12 years through good times. I it has been and continues to be a honor for me, I have meet a lot of good people employees as well as patients, and Isaac the administrator has been a great boss and friend he is always willing to help, if you have a problem and has always been there for me when I needed it, whether it is a personal problem and I needed time off, something dealing with expenses, or just a person to listen, he has always been there.
