Sun City built had built some container homes and apartment complex as well. It was quite impressive. I think they were the first in El Paso to do so. And continue to have success with those properties
Well my last post may be deleted because I did go of subject a tiny bit. All can say is that Lewis roe is a long time friend of this guy ( tracy) and his post is unethical unless he's living in one of these shanty town metal boxes, I don't think so! The other thing is that I have done buisness with tracy and all I can say is do not give this person any cash upfront, get a attorney and have a rock solid contract made up.
