Poor Customer Service Very poor customer service. Project took well over the 2 days stated in contract. Difficulty getting owner/staff to return calls, answer questions. What ever happened to taking care of the customer? I would NOT recommend Sun City Awning.
They DON'T do repair work!?!?!?!?!?! I'm not sure who wrote this briefing up on Sun City Awning but, after looking all over for a good company and calling Sun City Awning, they told me they don't do any kind of repair work.Not their product ----- not their problem.NOTE: I wanted to NOT select any stars for their un-caring response to my request but I had to click one star to post this ad.
