Found this place in hard times. Honestly didn't think much of it, but after moving in and being here for a couple years, realized it is a great place to live. Rent is affordable, all utilities are included plus internet. Also, I will add pets are allowed which is a rarity in this town for rentals. Management is quite helpful and easy to get ahold of.
I've lived here for a couple years, so far its the best place I've rented where if you have any issues, need anything or just have questions management is on top of it. It's a great place to live!
