I have 17 conditions in my feet. Ive been to 4 PT's, 2 podiatrists, a neuromuscular therapist etc. But after two sessions with Ann I have less pain then Ive had in over 5 years. I'm astounded! This healing is what Ive been looking for.
Ann Hoeffel is truly a treasure. Cranio-sacral is her primary modality, and she's an expert, but she also studies other techniques and has given me some simple and effective tips for helping myself - things I never found in my hours of internet scrolling. I like to do aerial dance, fire spinning, and I work out at the gym, and Ann really helps keep my whole body moving well with Cranio-Sacral and Ortho-bionomy. My left hip, right ankle, and right shoulder get occasional tightness, and having Ann help release the tightness helps to keep me in the game longer and to maintain good flexibility and balance and build strength
