If I could give no stars I would. The lack of compassion by all staff members was appalling. There is NO co.mu cation with the client it's family at all. It's a holding place until your insurance wont pay them anymore than your discharged. Awful facility.
The staff and technicians were very professional and provided the tools to get back on track with my recovery.
When entering the facility late April 24th we were handed off to two very cold and uncaring technicIan’s, Chuck …. and a woman colleague. chuck was on duty each night and he was cold and almost unapproachable. No empathy or much help. The amazing two bright spots were Elaine and Angie on day shift. They should be teaching customer / patient care to the other technicians and staff. The staff was really good . Lena was one of the best her . Head nurse one of the best nurses I have ever had I would come back for sure .
