This facility released my family member and told me SAME DAY she was being released, despite us having a 5+ hour round trip drive there and having to miss more work and not being able to plan. Not only that, my family member was actively suicidal and told a staff member that she would continue to attempt upon release (she indeed did try again and tried to jump out of my moving vehicle the same day she was released). Seriously disappointing! I had been trying to reach someone at this place for over a week. First I filled out the online form twice and never heard from anyone so after 4 days, I called and was asked to hold, and was put on hold forever. So I hung up and used the link on the website to schedule a virtual telehealth appointment. I used the provided link to join the appointment at the scheduled time, and nobody joined!
