Just recently had my second stay here. I was treated well with respect. The staff did whatever they were able to do when I needed anything or had any concerns. Friendly and respectful staff. Happy to help with my needs for my care while I was there. Especially Miss Brianna.

I am a parent of a minor who was admitted here for suicidal ideation. While individual staff were polite, I was deeply concerned by the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and resistance to escalation when safety concerns were raised. Medication was clinically recommended by the psychiatrist but not initiated due to parental refusal, with no medical contraindication. I love Sun! Ms.Val is absolutely amazing! She makes sure we are all taken care of! Makes sure if we need something we get it! Ms.Angie is also a Rockstar! But Ms.Val needs a raise!
