We got a ~500 sft addition and full home remodel done with Sun bay construction. Saeid is excellent in juggling multiple tasks and managing many worker teams. Saeid and his crew did a fabulous job of remodeling our entire house. I hired Saeid after having difficulty with the current contractor passing city inspections. Saeid came in and got an extensive remodel completed, AND brought the home compliant and got us our move-in permits in a timely manner. He earned my trust, and I hired him for a few more jobs since. Having a trustworthy contractor is important.
