i came in for a coolant leak diagnostic on my 2018 bmw 3 series... i was told that i needed to replace thermostat, coolant reservoir and waterpump and was quoted +$2100 to fix the issue and assured that this would fix the coolant leak. after getting the car back a week later, as soon as i drive the car off, i get a message that im low on coolant so i immediatley turn around and return the car. the mechanic then attempted to argue with me that the car was not leaking, when i could clearly see coolant leaking. they take the c... read more
