Hands down the worst experience I've ever had buying a automobile. I bought the car remotely, BIG mistake! These people lied about it's condition. The exhaust system was completely rusted out and I now have a $2,000 repair bill but that was only the beginning. I was shocked to find out that the car had been hit by a deer and suffered major body damage I saw it with my own eyes I picked the fur and carcass of the animal out from underneath the car myself. Overall experience A+++ Theresa was absolutely fantastic brilliant and amazing. She even stayed ve late and worked extremely hard to make sure I had a car before the end of day because mine broke down today. She answered all my question throughly and I couldn’t be happier. Theresa was great very professional and helpful keep us in the loop daily on the status of car were we came from so far away to look and and possibly buy . Once thair she was a model employee answered all our questions and concerns as well as made us feel at home . The over all experience in the office was top notch with all three lady's in the office .
