Not happy, the remote for the alarm still doesn't work. Paid $180 to pretty much continue to have the same issue I came in with, so I am not happy at all. I would give less than one star but I guess you have to leave something! Programmed the new remote myself after watching a YouTube video in under a minute. Of course, if the problem couldn't have been fixed a simple discussion about it could have happened and the overcharge for labor could have been avoided. Went in to see if you could help me with just a simple harness to hook up a radio I have in my car and he was rude. Barely gave me the time of day. I think you just got upset that the radio was bought from him
When I tell you if you need ANYTHING!!!! Electric or radio done these guys are the one for you they work very hard and do an amazing job HIGHLY RECOMMEND
