I waited about a year and a half before writing this review because I wanted to see how the work held up. Unfortunately, after seeing recent reviews, it looks like my experience wasn't an isolated incident. Place sux. I asked Steve for a radio that's compatible with my Subaru legacy and I want the back up camera and steering wheel controls functioning. He assured me he sold me the right adapters and radio i needed. He went to install it and couldn't get either to work then charges me 1300 total instead of the initial 850 he quoted me. I would not recommend this place. The service is horrible and the place is out of date and out of touch with the times. They destroyed my car and would not even offer to pay for the damage they caused. It was a nightmare to deal with and I am thousands of dollars later in debt because of their negligence. Stay away and go somewhere else!!

Oh my goodness, I just have to sing the praises of Sun and Sound! I've been around a while and dealt with a lot of businesses, but these folks are something special.
