Place sux. I asked Steve for a radio that's compatible with my Subaru legacy and I want the back up camera and steering wheel controls functioning. He assured me he sold me the right adapters and radio i needed. He went to install it and couldn't get either to work then charges me 1300 total instead of the initial 850 he quoted me. Not happy, the remote for the alarm still doesn't work. Paid $180 to pretty much continue to have the same issue I came in with, so I am not happy at all. I would give less than one star but I guess you have to leave something! Programmed the new remote myself after watching a YouTube video in under a minute. Of course, if the problem couldn't have been fixed a simple discussion about it could have happened and the overcharge for labor could have been avoided.
