Terrible place people down stairs can push better to sleep
As I was coming out of a store I watched a driver for this company beat on an elderly lady's windows and scream at her like a spoiled child. Great look
Where do I even start with Mike. First off, he was extremely unprofessional. After 3 days with no AC, he showed up and told us he couldn’t work on it today because “he’s fragile” and that he would be back in the morning. I thought it was strange that he took up AC repair but can’t work in the heat… anyways, I asked him if he could at least take a look at our unit to ensure that the coil was in fact frozen and it wasn’t another issue. Mike from Sun Aire was contracted to fix my AC. I do want to preface this review saying that it is for an apartment complex and the contracting went through the complex management and not me personally. Now let me begin. My AC went out and due to the complex and their maintenance staff not having anyone AC certified I had to wait from Friday evening till Monday morning.
