Extremely satisfied from technician, Youssef. Tenants set up maintenance call for 1 of 2 systems involved. Youssef called to inform me of the maintenance included. Additionally, he sent photos throughout to help give me a visual of the work performed and final services. Definitely went above and beyond!!
Youssef was great! He was able to find the issue with our unit and even went out of his way to go get the part this was needed to get us up and running right away
Very happy with the tech, he showed me photos of the system, measurements of pressure & temp compared with what the system has stamped on it. I feel confident he troubleshot it and gave me a correct diagnosis.
Fernando did a fantastic job! He was out here for just a maintenance call that I sign up for every year. He spotted a wiring problem/electrical connection that appeared to be possibly overheated. Fixed that and the condenser. Went thru everything. I feel a lot better knowing that my AC, heat pump, etc. we’re checked out thoroughly and I can rest assured I will remain cool thru the Florida summer.
