They were horrible. They lost all my paperwork and didn’t return calls. Took them 2 month for a referral. MA would yell across the room for information about patientd

THE WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE. THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY'RE SITTING ON THEIR CELL PHONES ALL DAY. Even with an appointment, it takes 1.5 long hours to get your vitals done, then 1-2 hours wait time to see the physician. It is ridiculous that medicine is being practiced like this. The physician is nice, but if you have to wait for 3 hours to see her, then it is not worth it. Find a physician that cares about your health as well as time. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Nothing against doctor he seems to know what he is doing BUT HIS STAFF IS HORRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't try to help or work with you all the can ever say is NO, NO , NO they are just plain rude.........
Dr. Mehkri speaks too fast. She does not listen well, and she diagnosed me with COPD. My pulmonologist confirmed that I DO NOT have COPD. I was told in the hospital that I had pneumonia. When I went to Mehkri for a follow up, she told me I did not have pneumonia, but, later my pulmonolgist confirmed I had it when I was in the hospital. She does not contact me in appropriate time with lab results. I often wait very long in her waiting room.
