In the past I have been very reluctant to go to any Dentist. I went to Sumter landing Dental care, because of a chipped tooth. They were wonderful, I then had all my Dental care done by them. I highly recommend them to anyone. There was no pain at all.
Wonderful cleaning by Tiffany. She knows her stuff. Highly recommend using Sumter Landing Dental Care! I did not wait to be seen, educated me on my teeth. I look forward to my next visit.
I am very upset. I paid almost 2,000 for partial. Eat a crunchy piece of bread and brake a tooth only a couple of months later. They want to charge me over 200 to fix it. They did a bad job. I was unhappy when I originally got it, they tried to fix. Now this happened. 2000 for a partial I can't wear. Go somewhere else where they actually have as a lab and better customer service.
Have fired this dentist. Had my teeth cleaned and sat and waited more than 30 minutes to see the dentist for a check-up. Not sure if the staff messed up or the dentist didn't care. Not going back will find another dentist. Also think they are ripping people off.
I am not one to complain, but this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. The staff is very nice don't get me wrong. The flipper that they fitted me for never fit. I went in for a routine fill and left in excruciating pain. This dentist over filled my fillings and attached three of my teeth, I went later that afternoon to and had another local dentist fix what they had done. This office and specifically the dentists are awesome. The staff is great too and I have gotten great cleanings from two of their hygienists. They will really work with you on their rates and have a few different options for payment, I was approved right away and so far the work I have had done is stellar. Not my favorite thing to go to the dentist but if I have to do it, at least it really helps to have a clean, nice office to go to.
