Truck was a piece of junk but employees of dealership were very nice & helpful
I can not express how amazing my experience with Sumter was. I searched far and wide for the perfect car and price for me which is how I came to find Sumter. This dealership was very personable and attentive. Everything that needed to be done concerning the sale was explained in detail. I was very happy with their business. Great experience. Love my vehicle!!!

Returned call. Car was not ready to be seen. It was in shop being worked on. Didn't seem to know what was wrong.

Polly, we appreciate your review but we take pride on servicing and having our vehicles inspected before putting them out on the lot unlike so many other dealers. We apologize the vehicle was not ready to be seen but we want to make sure the vehicle has passed our inspection and has been serviced properly before the public drives it, insuring that the vehicle is safe. Also because we have our vehicles inspected and serviced off site, sometimes our sales staff does not know the status of a vehicle.
Was contacted rightaway I hadn't noticed that the truck was a standard cab I am looking for a quadcab megacab preferred
Dealer had changed the price and then he added a $600 dealer fee which I thought was for the tag . He used deceptive sales to conceal that he has requested the tag cod instead of listening it in the car price leading me to believe it was the tag fee. All because he wanted to trick me into paying a $600 dealer fee

We put all the numbers out in front of the customer. If the customer chooses to buy, then they buy.If they don’t choose to buy, then they don’t.There is nothing deceptive about showing a customer numbers, then agreeing to them, and then writing a check.
Great people. They went above and beyond trying to accommodate me due to my long drive.
