Not sure what happened. They did a beautiful job laying carpet in my sun room. Had them come back to do some vinyl flooring and it was a whole different experience. Never received an invoice. They would promise to show up and wouldn't hear from them. They'd tell me they were going to be at my house at a certain time and would show up hours later, or not at all. Awesome experience, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I needed my carpet installed before my bed arrived and they made that happen. I love my new carpet.
