Ken is an honest and responsive mechanic. He took the time out of his busy Monday to help me diagnose my car issues! Very courteous and professional, highly recommended 👌
I originally took my car to Firestone about two times and every 4 to 5 months my car would be back overheating. Ken allowed me to bring in my car and gave me a breakdown of what was going on. After having this car, 2013 Chevrolet Cruz, I thought that it will always give me issues but Ken has got my car running like its brand new. Do not waste your time and money anywhere, especially Firestone, else and trust your car to Ken Sum General Auto Repar.
