Ken is an honest and responsive mechanic. He took the time out of his busy Monday to help me diagnose my car issues! Very courteous and professional, highly recommended 👌
I originally took my car to Firestone about two times and every 4 to 5 months my car would be back overheating. Ken allowed me to bring in my car and gave me a breakdown of what was going on. After having this car, 2013 Chevrolet Cruz, I thought that it will always give me issues but Ken has got my car running like its brand new.
