She was very abrupt during first meeting. My primary ask that I make a follow up appointment due to recent tests. Called several times (4) for an appointment. Each time told someone would contact me which they have not.

Been calling several times to make a post op appointment that I was required to make and they keep telling me they’re going to call me back. My family’s health is not a game. Haven’t heard a thing. Called back 5x and its been over a week now. Maybe this will get me a call back??
