I had a disappointing experience with the scheduling process. The lady handling the appointments was quite unprofessional and rude in her communication. After waiting for a week, every day wrong commitments and at the end I was told that I am not a “priority customer,” which was very frustrating and disrespectful. It’s unfortunate because their technicians are skilled and do good work, but the poor customer service from the scheduling team overshadows that strength.
The technician, Michael Block always does a great job taking care of my moms Generac.
Responded quickly.
The Office Staff was very friendly and efficient. Michael serviced our Generac again this year. He did a great job and as always cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company for A/C and Generac service.
