GREAT EXPERIENCE! Called SUMRALL AC on Tuesday and Chris Metreyeon came out the same day with an on-site bid for a new 3-ton unit (game changer-other companies said they’d get back to me). Unit was delivered Wednesday and installed Thursday. The technicians were efficient and did a great job. One of the easiest and most professional experiences I’ve had with a company. Highly recommend!
Technician (Michael) was very good. He explained the unit, discussed maintenance, and answered questions. Great service and will continue with Sumrall.
Did work at my house without informing me until after he put freon in a leaking air conditioner and charged me 400$ at Christmas then I went to management and they said oh well! Very unprofessional
Michael showed up on time. He texted me when he would be arriving. He was very thorough with the inspection of my Generac. Michael explained what he was doing and made sure he received my permission for the work. He was very meticulous. He cleaned up his work area. I was use Sumrall for all my generator work as long as Michael is available.
